Discover legendary ski huts like the Trofana Alm with a DJ and party, the rustic cowshed right at the valley station, the stylish champagne hut in the center, and the Paznauner Taja high above for panoramic views of the slopes. In Kappl, the Schupfa invites you to a relaxed après-ski atmosphere from 3 p.m., complemented by the cozy sheepfold at the valley run and the chilled Sunny Mountain ice bar with terrace. Foodies will find their fill at the Poststube in the Hotel Post (11 a.m.–10 p.m.) – regional dishes, international cuisine, and excellent wines. And at The Saint at the Zhero Hotel, you can expect exquisite gourmet cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and regular BBQ highlights from the open grill.

The Wechner bakery in Kappl delivers freshly baked rolls, croissants, pretzels, and much more directly to your door. This saves you the drive or the trip to the bakery and guarantees a relaxed and stress-free start to your day.

Ski area Kappl 

Kappl - a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. The family-friendly Kappl ski resort offers impressive mountain panoramas and, thanks to its high altitude, snow-sure fun on sun-drenched slopes. More than 90% of all slopes are above 1,800 meters (the ski area reaches up to 2,700 meters).

10 modern and comfortable lifts as well as 42 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty and with a vertical drop of 1,500 m fulfill the wishes of skiers of all ages.

Kappl also has a lot to offer off-piste. Among freeriders, Kappl is considered an insider tip for first-line experiences. Almost all freeride slopes are accessible from the mountain stations. 

A sled ride on the 6 km long sled run provides a change of pace.

Silvretta Arena Ischgl

With 45 lifts and cable cars and over 239 km of perfectly groomed slopes, Ischgl is considered a mecca for skiers and snowboarders. The arena connects Ischgl with the Swiss customs-free area of ​​Samnaun.

The main ski area (90%) lies between 2,000 m and 2,872 m altitude and, thanks to the snow-sure north-facing slopes, offers skiing fun from the end of November to the beginning of May. 

Trails

Experience a cross-country ski trail network of over 77km of classic and skate-style trails – snow-sure, free, and perfectly groomed between Ischgl, Kappl, and Galtür (up to over 2000m). Ideal for beginners and pros alike – from easy 5km beginner trails to varied forest trails and challenging high-altitude trails with views of the Silvretta Reservoir. Both resorts also offer floodlit night trails, a free ski bus, GPS tracks, a dense network of access points, cross-country ski rentals, lessons, and certified accommodations.

Silvretta Therme & Spa Ischgl

Immerse yourself in alpine luxury: The four-story Silvretta Therme, opening in 2022, offers over 1000 square meters of water surface – indoor and outdoor pools with a pool bar, sports and adventure pools – as well as five saunas and two steam baths with homemade infusions by national sauna champions.
